Review: Kristine's Shower

So this review is long over due, but as everyone knows I had some computer issues and I was waiting to do this review to see if I could get the pictures back off my crashed computer. That never happened. So I have to used photos from her website. Enjoy.
So I was able to review three items from Kristine's Shower.
1.Aloe Vera body whip- Pink Cupcakes
2. Bath bomb
3. 100% Soap bar- Peach Fuzz
Here is a picture of the her Aloe Vera Body Whips.
I loved loved loved this product. The smell was so delightful. Strong enough so you could smell it slightly during the day and never overpowering. It has the coolest texture, the mix of shea butter and aloe vera are awesome. It made my skin so soft. I wanted to save it use as little as possible! Look at these ingredients!
Purified water, shea butter, coconut oil, e-wax NF, grain alcohol, aloe vera gel (aloe vera gel contains: purified water, aloe vera gel, carbomer, methylparaben), fragrance & coloring.
So just imagine how it makes your skin feel! I highly recommend this one. A+.

Next is the Bath Bomb.
So freaking cute. I so didn't even want to use this because I wanted to save it maybe cut it in half use half now half later. Just kidding. I don't know exactly what sent the one I got was, regardless it smelled amazing. It claims to be so moisturizing that you don't even need to put lotion on after. Let me tell you that is so true. My skin felt so soft and the scent stayed on my skin all day! Loved it.

Last is the 100% soap.
I got the peach fuzz scent which normally I am not to fond of fruity smells but because this soap is made with vegetable and nut butters  I didn't even mind it. It wasn't like an overpowering peach smell. I am still adjusting to soap with out all the added chemicals so for one of my first ones I was delightfully surprised. It did leave my skin feeling soft but one downside is it was not moisturizing so if I didn't put lotion on every time after I washed my hands they would feel a little dry.

Overall I would say this review was a great one. I very much enjoyed it. Kristine's Shower has been in business for 10 years, she also has her husband, mother-in-law, sister, and dad working with her. She also had eczema her whole life until she started using handmade soap. I was really excited to do this review, loved it.
Be sure to visit the website and you should try something!!

Thanks to Kristine's Shower for the products!

Love from Cali.

DIY: Material Girl Inspired Clutch

Hi everyone, I reinvented a clutch last month and was waiting on my new computer to come so I could upload the pictures and show you. I was reading a magazine and saw this dress and happened to have this purse right in front of me, I was instantly inspired and knew exactly what I was going to do to it. Here are the pictures and some short instructions. Hope you like it.

Here was my inspiration.

This is another clutch I found for super cheap, I love it. It's super 90's. So what I did was taped off random diamonds and lines. With some of them I used the normal size of the tape and with others I ripped the tape so it was be smaller. Then I painted it I wanted to keep the focus blue but added similar colors as the dress. I would just add lets say a little yellow in the corner and purple in the other and blend a little bit in the middle with another color. Let dry and take off the tape.
I love how some of the edges aren't straight.

On the back I left it black and added a three little flowers of the colors I used on the front.
Hope you like it!

HEY.

Hey everyone, I got my new computer.
Sorry about the delay, I am going to post some new posts very soon.  But for my first post back I am just going to share some styles I am loving right now.
The first style is gold jewelry. I love gold cuffs, earrings, necklaces, etc.
The second one would be half shirts like 80's Madonna style. Can't wait for summer so it's actually warm enough to wear them.
Platforms.
Lace.

These are styles that never really get old to me.

Adios.

Review: Viki Beads

Hi everyone I know my posts have been super short and lame lately but I just found out my new computer will be here in about 3 weeks, so I am still going to try my best to get posts out to you in the meantime. Right now I am going to review a bracelet I received from ViKi a great little online shop. Here is a picture of what I got, I chose the brown one with a dragonfly.
So normally with bracelets like theses they pinch you every once in a while and its really annoying and you don't even feel like wearing them anymore, but I did not get pinched once while wearing this! They come in 7 different colors one for every outfit. I almost forgot I was wearing it  sometimes because it doesn't get in the way. Which is great. Here is a description from their site.

We are an online fashion store based in Sydney, Australia. Inside there are two hotties searching for the most funky, unique, one of a kind fashion just for YOU. We love all things bones, cut-out, glitter, fur, lace, skulls, studs & spikes. ViKi's fashion sense is about wearing what YOU love and loving what you wear. It is about boldly expressing the inner YOU to the world.
"Wear are the raw you!?"

I Need Your Opinion.

Hi everyone, still waiting on my computer so I've been doing a lot of brainstorming. I was thinking of holding some kind of contest, like you submit a picture of something you've made (anything new or old).  And I will have a panel of judges and have some pretty cool prizes. Let me know if that would be something any of you would compete in or know someone that you think would like to participate. I am also looking for other bloggers that maybe want to partner up for this and also looking company sponsors for prizes. I welcome anyone and all ideas or thoughts.

So leave a comment letting me know what you think, if you would like to do it. I would love to do something like this. I really need the input of you guys. Thanks!

Guest Post DIY: Pretty Quirky Pants

Hi everyone so as I mentioned in the last post I am still waiting on a new computer after mine crapped out. So thankfully I found someone to do a DIY guest post for me. This should be fun. Enjoy.

---START POST----

I was delighted to have been asked to do a guest post on SavGrace. The timing of the request was perfect as I have been meaning to do a few simple stretch bracelets to add to my arm candy collection.

Tools:
  • Beads
  • Stretch thread (I used Crystal string, very strong)
  • Superglue

Tutorial:
1. Cut out a piece of stretch thread longer than your wrist circumference, thread beads.
2. Tie a knot
3. Double the knot and pull tight
4. When taut, place a dab of superglue on the knot

5. Let dry and cut off the excess
6. Pull the thread around and make sure the knot is not visible

That’s it, you’re done! Simple isn’t it?

For more DIY inspiration and tutorials visit my blog at  Http://www.prettyquirkypants.com.

Thank you Sav, for having me guest post for you :)

Love <3
